Week 14 in the NFL has come and gone, and Clay Travis is here to give you his NFL top 5 and bottom 5 teams. 

The playoffs are coming, and there are some teams that are peaking, and others that are not. Two of the teams in his top 5 that are playing their best football at the right time are the Buffalo Bills and the Los Angeles Rams. One team that has been in the top 5 for most of the year that has suddenly lost two games in a row is the Steelers. Pittsburgh is no longer in Clay's top 5. The Chiefs remain at the top. Who are the other two teams to crack the top 5 list?

As for the bottom 5, the "list of sadness," the New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Cincinnati Bengals are firmly in the bottom 5 of the NFL, but finding numbers 28 and 29 has become a bit of a challenge. Who are those two teams?
