Chris Broussard Predicts Raptors Upset Bucks in Eastern Conference Finals

Chris Broussard: “I am really leaning towards going with the Raptors now. I like Boston too, but Toronto is so tough, they’re well-coached, they’ve got the depth and versatility, and they don’t just rely on one guy, even though Pascal Siakam is their star. Milwaukee is 3-4 in the Bubble and 4-8 in their last 12 games, so they were showing cracks even before the lockdown began. At the end of games, as great as Giannis is – and he’s my MVP vote – teams can box in the paint at the end of games. If they prevent him from getting to the rim they pretty much have to rely on someone else to beat them. Giannis is not a great jump-shooter, we all know that. Can you count on Khris Middleton to win it for you if you’re the Bucks? How will the role players react? Now they are the hunted, and now they are the favorites. It’s a lot different when you’re playing with expectations than it is when you’re playing as the young upstart that nobody expects a lot from. Now that they are the hunted how is Kyle Korver going to respond? Eric Bledsoe? Brook Lopez? Role players play better at home because they feed off the home crowd, but now there’s no home crowd so some role players won’t have that boost. I am concerned about Milwaukee and beginning the lean towards Toronto. (Full Segment Above)

Listen to Chris Broussard join The Herd to explain to Colin Cowherd why he’s no longer picking the number one seed Milwaukee Bucks to win the Eastern Conference, as Chris thinks the Bucks are a fading stock, and one that will soon be overtaken by a burgeoning defending champion, Toronto Raptors, who most left for dead after the exits of Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green in the summer.

Check out the video above as Broussard details why the Bucks are very beatable, and why Giannis will once again be humbled before the NBA Finals.
