Colin Cowherd: “Unless Jimmy Butler wears a cape and is Superman, I don’t think Miami wins another game in this series, I don’t. So far Jimmy Butler has scored 70 points in this series – the rest of the starters combined, two of them undrafted, have scored 74 points. Boston has got better talent, better shot creators, far more elite defenders… at one point the Celtics went on a 17-0 run in a playoff game on the road, that’s hard to do. The minute the Celtics were healthy and equally rested – I said this in Game 1, Game 1’s are tricky in a playoff series. Be careful about making definitive opinions because Miami had three more days rest, Miami was healthier, and the Celtics were coming off a very grueling, physical series against a big and strong veteran team in Milwaukee. Dallas is not as good as Golden State and Miami is not as good as Boston, their way out is the three-pointer. Boston can win it without being great from three. That’s the only way Miami or Dallas is going to do it. They gotta hit shots, A LOT of them, a lot of threes in bunches." (Full Video Above)
Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he doesn’t see the Miami Heat winning another game in their Eastern Conference Finals series vs. the Boston Celtics, despite the no. 1 seeded Heat having stormed off to a 1-0 lead before their blowout loss in Game 2.
Check out the video above as Colin details why Boston is simply the better team in all facets, and how Game 1 shouldn’t have been taken seriously as a predictor of how the series was going to go.
