With Dillon Gabriel still reeling from a concussion, the Cleveland Browns finally turned to controversial rookie Shedeur Sanders to start at quarterback on Sunday, and he did not disappoint. While he was far from perfect, he certainly left DP wanting to see more as the Browns look to be playing out the string for the rest of the season.
Dan Patrick: “I want to see a little bit more of Shedeur Sanders. I think he’s earned it. I don’t think Dillon Gabriel’s done anything where you go, ‘Yeah, you gotta go back to him.’ You don’t. I would let Shedeur Sanders play again. But I hope that we are just letting him play. Let’s not have any stupid, hot takes today!”
